After a long morning and a rather busy and quite eventful one, I am blogging to you a good deal later than I usually would so I am planning to KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid--For all of you Office and Michael Scott Fans out there!) So we can enjoy our day and rest and recover. I am always excited to be able to have creative expression to do whatever I please on my blog and today, since I too am in need of some uplifting words and positivity to flow my way, I am going to do a post, on some Jolts of Java and inspirational passages, stories, etc. To get us all thinking spoonfully positive and perhaps brighten your day a bit! So without further hesitation here goes nothing!

"We Sometimes get so busy,
That we may not make a fuss
About the ones we care for,
And who mean so much to us...
BUT...
You can be sure you're thought about
And loved a whole lot too.
Because there could never be
Anyone more dear than you. "

Hang-In-There-Bear
When you're bearly getting by,
and you have a beastly day,
When life is hard to bear,
and it rubs you the wrong way...
Here's a little friend---
Who comes with love and prayers
That God will life you up
and help you HANG IN THERE!

And I'd like to conclude our short and sweet inspirational post today with a lovely song, one that I have found through a lupus awareness video and have since fell in love with and I think you'll see why!
Superwoman-Alicia Keys
Jolt-of-Java: " God Grant me the serenity, to accept the things I cannot Change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference..."

Thank you for your inspirational post! I really enjoyed it! :0)
ReplyDeleteVery uplifting post, Kim. Thanks for that! I love pretty much anything that Alicia Keys does! I may not feel exactly like a "superwoman" today and it sounds like you don't either, but with faith, family and friends we'll get through it! Each day is a new opportunity!
ReplyDeleteWith the unpredictability of pain, I end up saying the serenity prayer often. It's simple, but it says it all so well. Hope your day just gets better and better. Sending lots of encouraging hugs, love and blessings your way.
Stop by anytime and say hello!
As always,
Peace,
Martha
